Manchester United make sure their final spot when winning the match with Barcelona at Old Trafford early this morning with aggregate 1-0. Man United start with an excellent attacking mode. Since early match, they never let any room for Barcelona player to mingle around with the ball and keep the possession until they found the net on 14th minutes with Scholes scoring his "trademark" scoring way.
United without key player Rooney and Vidic due to their injury at Stamford Brigde last saturday, playing their excellent form every second of the match. With the best defensive side ever, they wont let Barcelona to score an away goal and blew the chance to go to Final.
The first goal came when Ronaldo dribbled the ball pass some Barca players until Puyol cut out the ball and made a silly and weak pass to the Deco but has been detected by Paul Scholes ( the person who missed the historical treble achievement on 1999 ). He shot the ball from 25-yards from the goal and struck an absolutely brilliant goal when it curls to the right top corner of the goal passing the Barca goalkeeper, Victor Valdes.
Barca launched their attacking side lead by Messi when he got through Brown and Ferdinand and made a shot go the right post of United, but Van der Sar keep the goal tight and the ball cleared by Hargreaves.
Tevez could double up the scored when he got pass through the Barcelona defender and made chip shot towards Victor Valdes, but the goalkeeper clear the ball for the corner. Valdes performance had a bit inconsistent and made a few silly error.
Until the 90th minute of the match, Barca keep on pushing United and searching the precious away goal but they couldnt get through the United Strong Hold and United repeat their 1999 history with going to Final of UEFA Champions League.
thanx to theplaya

Chelsea - Avram Grant Refuses to give up title chase
This news is brought to by 4thegame.com
What The Fak said : - yeah, it is a good motivation for his player. Chelsea need a moral boost when they meet Everton later on Friday morning. They need to stand strong with their position right now, so Sir Alex Ferguson cant sit tight yet.
Chelsea coach Avram Grant is adamant that his side can still clinch this season's Premier League title even after they were held to a 1-1 draw by Wigan Athletic at Stamford Bridge.
The Blues are now five points behind leaders Manchester United with only four matches of the season left after Emile Heskey's stoppage-time goal ensured the points were shared.
Chelsea play Everton at Goodison Park on Thursday before entertaining United on April 26 and Grant knows his side needs to take six points from those two matches if they are to have any chance of securing their third title in four seasons.
He said: "We need to win the games against Everton and Manchester United. If not, it will be more difficult.
"We are still in it and we will keep on fighting but we need one more bad result off Manchester United.
"The result did not help us but I thought the second half was one of our best performances from the footballing point of view.
"Every three or four minutes we created chances but their goalkeeper gave an excellent performance. This is football though, when you don't score the other team does."

EPL Highlight - Manchester United vs Arsenal ( 2-1 )
Manchester United goes 6 points clear from the arch rival, Chelsea after they defeated the second biggest challenge, Arsenal 2-1 at Old Trafford last night. Both team need a win to strengthen their title challenge but for Arsenal they must win to make sure they still on track. But, it was a nightmare for them, when they almost had more ball possession starting the early minute of the match, but still they cant deny the Champions fighting spirit and end up losing to the home side.
Arsenal started the match with a very strong and "Arsenal way" of playing. Their pass and through pass has been improved since the young gunners took in charge the team. In the first half, a lot of chances goes begging. Starting with a great cross from Eboue and found unmarked Adebayor but the ball hit Ferdinand leg and Ferdinand conceded the corner.
The first chance came to United when Scholes managed to pass the ball to the Arsenal penalty box and Ronaldo came through and passed Arsenal's defenders and made a very nice low cross to Rooney, but Rooney's shot has been saved by Lehmann at the side post of Arsenal's goal.
After that on the first half, United manage to get some golden chances caused by young Arsenal defender, Song when he missed to control the ball and Rooney run to get the ball but his shot has been saved by Lehmann's left leg. What a chance..
When the players entered the field for the second half of the match, Arsenal continue their well-played football until Adebayor's hand scored the first goal of the match. Fabregas put a decent cross pass Rio Ferdinand and Adebayor ( referee saw he head the ball ) head pass the goalkeeper. From the video it was clearly a hand goal. What a controversial goal. ( see Adebayor's hand when the ball hit his hand ) ..
But it was been a "hand" match when United awarded a penalty kick when Arsenal skipper hand ball while trying to block United's shot. The penalty has been retaken because of Park Ji Sung encroached to the penalty box before Ronaldo kicked the ball. But he calmly took the the spot with a great low shot at the right side of Lehmann.
United start to get a morale boost when they draw the level to 1-1. At 72th minutes, again, the Gunners defender conceded a free kick just in front of the penalty box. And Owen Hargreaves stepped up to take the free kick. He knew that he need to take the kick although he didnt ask Ronaldo about it. At last, he made an exquisite curly free kick, passed the wall and passed the goalkeeper. What a very nice kick. Lehmann stood at his place without moved an inch. It was a relief for Sir Alex Ferguson who really need this match end with a win.
So with this win, there are 4 more games to be played but their opponent is tough. First is Blackburn, Chelsea and West Ham ( who win the first met ). Hope United can become this season champions. See ya.
thanx to Marumaro and White_Pheonix

Champions League Highlight - Manchester Utd vs Roma ( 1 - 0 )
Its look like Manchester United has continue their winning form to 11 win in all competition after beating Roma at Old Trafford this morning. They pass through Roma with 3-0 aggregate. With, Sir Alex Ferguson resting his key players at the bench, but still Man Utd show their teamwork and great form to their manager to go through to the semi final.
Sir Alex Ferguson give his trust to the team to play and win without Ronaldo and Rooney ( both scored in the past match ) and the team shown their skill to start ripping off Roma's defender.
The attacks started in the early minute of the match with Owen Hargreaves and Park Ji Sung show their own ability. They lead the team with outstanding pass and cross to feed lone striker Carlos Tevez.
But on the 30th minutes, Roma has been given a penalty when Mancini brought down by Brown. But from the replay show there was no contact between these two players. De Rossi stepped up to take the penalty but his penalty gone wild. And he was very frustated.
The nightmare for Roma came on the 70th minutes when United plays the ball through the right flank, with Owen Hargreaves dribble the ball and Tevez run to the penalty box and Owen give a really outstanding cross and found Tevez flying header. Tevez headed the ball crossed the goalkeeper and went to the right side of the goal.
But the biggest things happen this morning was Gary Neville has been given chances to play in the last 10 minute time. The Manchester United skipper had a long injury and today he was confident that he can play for the season finale for Manchester United.

Champions League Highlight - Liverpool vs Arsenal ( 4 - 2 )
At last, the Part 3 of the matches between two arch rivals, Liverpool and Arsenal ended with Liverpool shown their sting in front of their crowds at the Anfield Stadium, last night. With this winning, they will set-up a Semi Final with Chelsea and it is a repeat clash between them in few years before, where Liverpool went pass Chelsea and through to final.
Liverpool and Arsenal started the match with a very good determination, attacking style were their mentality last night. Liverpool have a one awal goal advantage before the match started.
But Arsenal who took the first blood for the visitor by Abou Diaby goals. Alexander Hleb did his top form play when passed the ball to Diaby and he managed to control the ball through the penalty box and drill down a very fine shot and defeat the Liverpool goalkeeper.
But the same situation happen like the matches before, Liverpool draw the level to 1-1 when Hypia took a glancing header, top corner of the goal. He found the right spot when receiving a brilliant corner from Steven Gerrard.
Liverpool doubled their attacking effort when the young Spaniard, Fernando Torres controlled the ball brilliantly and made a turning shot and fires into the top corner. Fine effort from the outstanding striker.
Arsenal shown their never give up energy when, Theo Walcott displayed his quality football 'a-la Messi' when he dribbled the ball skipped four of five liverpool man before setting up a low cross to Adebayor to score for Arsenal. I think, Fabio Capello will straight away called this lad for the next England friendly matches.
After that goal, Arsenal looked like will go through to the Semi Final with away goal win, but in 5minutes time, Liverpool again show their magic in European matches, score twice to overcome the Arsenal's away goal advantage. From the penalty kick by Steven Gerrard and a counter attack from Ryan Babel, ended the night with a nightmare for Arsenal boys.
Kolo toure drags down Ryan Babel, and referee point at the spot. It is a similar like when the first leg when Arsenal's penalty appeal has turned down.
When Arsenal eager to find the a goal to give a draw for the visitor, Ryan Babel managed to make a counter attack and scored for home side and confirmed their next round place at the of the month.

Champions League Preview - Chelsea vs Fenerbache
Tonight, Chelsea will try to get their best squad to perform in the second leg quarter final as they are in the losing situation by 1 goal. Last Wednesday, they lost to Fenerbache 2-1 although they were leading the game by 1 nile before the half time.
Avram Grant spoke to the media for the pre-match press conference :-
"Of course I have thought about the game in Istanbul," said Grant. "I don't think any game is the same as the last one and [Tuesday] will be a different game. In Istanbul it was a good performance but the worst result, so obviously we don't want it to be the same. These things happen in football, especially when you dominate the game and your concentration is affected. The only thing I would say is that we have learned from our mistakes. We want to dominate this game, which won't be easy, and then we want to stay concentrated for the whole game. Our target is to reach the semi-finals and we will do everything to reach it. It's a big opportunity for us." ( uefa )
But, they still need to beat the on form Fenerbache that would like to continue their strong run in this season's champions league and hoping they can reach the first ever semi final in their club history.
He also spoke: " the fact his team, 2-1 weekend victors over Kayserispor, hold the lead will not affect the way they approach the match. "We will play the way we always play," he said, "and that's to attack. It's the reason we are here. Every single minute, every second, will be important. We have to be careful and take our advantages in the good spells we will have." "
( uefa )
Hope to see a very good match tonight at 3AM. I'll bring some coverage after the match finish.

EPL Injuries - Man United patience with Rio Ferdinand medical result
This latest news brought to you by 4thegame.com
What The Fak said : vidic + ferdinand = Manchester United loose control..Manchester United's defensive problems have deteriorated after Rio Ferdinand limped out of Sunday's 2-2 draw at Middlesbrough.
United are already without Nemanja Vidic for at least the next two weeks and Sir Alex Ferguson opted to play with John O'Shea alongside Ferdinand at the Riverside Stadium while Wes Brown started at right-back.
RIO FERDINAND
Sir Alex Ferguson told the club's official website: "We got a few bumps and bruises, but we'll assess things on Monday.
"Hopefully Rio's injury isn't serious. He was limping for quite a while and the danger with carrying on with him was we weren't going to get a full performance level from him."
Meanwhile, the veteran Scot thought his side's exciting draw on Teesside was a point won rather than two points lost as the battle for the Premier League title intensified.
"We could have lost the game," he admitted. "They had some chances and our defending was a bit haphazard at times.
"But on the other side of it, we could have won the game. Some of our football was terrific and we looked very strong and in control when we took the lead.
"Wayne Rooney was wrongly flagged offside when he was clean through just after that and when they got their equaliser it became a great game of football.
"It was end-to-end and both teams deserve great credit for producing a performance like that at this stage of the season.
"It could turn out to be an important point and our goal difference is very good as well. But we can't take anything granted.
"I said some weeks ago that the most consistent team will win it and hopefully it turns out to be us."

EPL Preview - Arsenal vs Liverpool
This EPL Preview extracted from 4thegame.com
What The Fak said - Arsenal and Liverpool, good luck. Arsene Wenger must focus in both games ( today and on Tuesday ( champions league ) ), both still in their view. :D ... Liverpool dont loose to Everton for the fourth place for Champions League :D
Round two of Arsenal and Liverpool's pivotal three-game series takes place back at the Emirates Stadium on Saturday lunchtime.
Less than 72 hours after the two heavyweights slugged out a 1-1 draw in the first leg of a Champions League quarter-final at the same ground, two of the Premier League's 'big four' will once again lock horns in what could prove to be a pivotal match in the race for the title.
Liverpool virtually guaranteed fourth place with last weekend's 1-0 Merseyside derby victory over Everton.
However, the Gunners still have everything to play for at the top as they kept on the heels of leaders Manchester United with a come from behind 3-2 win at Bolton Wanderers last Saturday.
Arsene Wenger's side moved back to within six points of United after overturning a two-goal deficit with just ten men at the Reebok Stadium, but the Frenchman knows that anything other than a victory over the Merseysiders will end their hopes of a first league title since 2004.
Therefore, Wenger is likely to keep faith with the majority of his first-choice players despite the second leg of their European tie against Liverpool looming large on the horizon next Tuesday.
Abou Diaby will miss out through suspension following his red card at Bolton, while Robin van Persie will be absent with the thigh problem picked up on Wednesday evening.
Liverpool return to the capital buoyed by Dirk Kuyt's vital away goal in the Champions League meeting.
The Dutchman's strike put Rafa Benitez's side in the box seat to reach the semi-finals ahead of next week's second leg at Anfield.
Unlike his compatriot, Benitez also the luxury of being able to rest some of his key players should he desire as the Reds have fourth place in the Premier League virtually sewn up with six games remaining.
Fernando Torres, Steven Gerrard and Jamie Carragher could all drop to the bench with the likes of Peter Crouch, Yossi Benayoun and Steve Finnan all pushing for starts.
Earlier in the season the two sides fought out a tight 1-1 draw. but Liverpool may well have revenge on their minds after leading for 70 minutes before Cesc Fabregas' late equaliser earned his side a point.
Liverpool though have not won at Arsenal in any competition since 2000 - a run which stretches to ten games.

Transfer - Chelsea and Liverpool close for bid Ronaldinho transfer
This transfer rumours news brought to you by 4thegame.com
AC Milan transfer consultant Ernesto Bronzetti has claimed that both Chelsea and Liverpool are keen to bring Barcelona superstar to England next summer.
The 28-year-old Brazilian playmaker has endured a tough season at the Camp Nou, struggling for both form and fitness, while he has not featured for Barca in the last month.
Bronzetti also claimed that the prospect of Milan missing out on Champions League will not affect their chances of landing Ronaldinho.
He commented: "The Champions League doesn't come into it at all. Players come to Milan even if they aren't in the Champions League.
"But there is no lack of offers. There are three or four clubs interested in him, Chelsea definitely and also Liverpool."
Bronzetti added in the Corriere dello sport: "Milan are interested but it depends on many things. We are still in the embryonic phases.
"(Agent) Roberto de Assis was travelling to London and was only in Milan for a stopover, that's why we went to dinner together."
what the fak said : aiyo, bought Anelka, bought Torres.. now want to buy Ronaldinho again. Liverpool, buy defender la... find someone that can help Hypia.. Chelsea.. please enough already la your attacker, trust and treasure their ability.. fuh...
Liverpool - Mascherano apologises.. uh finally
Liverpool midfielder, Javier Mascherano finally admit and apologise because of his action being sent off by referee Steve Bennet last time at Old Trafford. They lose 3-0 to the EPL Champions. His behaviour and anger to the referee made him dissent by receiving the second yellow card after arguing about the yellow card received by Fernando Torres. He promise to become more professional after the incident. Here's the excerpt of the press conference with Mascherano.
Mascherano told The Daily Mail: "I apologise to everyone. I made a mistake and I regret this mistake. It was my fault.
"I am not a dirty player and I do not make a habit of showing disrespect towards referees.
"I don't like this and I can only think the high intensity of the fixture, against Manchester United, affected my behaviour that day. It was out of character, but I do not use that as an excuse.
"Looking back at that game, I was wrong to approach the referee. I approached him to talk to him, but I understand this was not a good idea.
"I reacted badly to the red card because I could not believe what was happening to me.
"I must learn my lesson and move on from this and forget what has happened. I hope people know that I try to be fair and that I have no intention to be aggressive.
"My disciplinary record has been good until now, but now I have to show that again. I always try to respect decisions by the referee and this is important."

Champions League - Roma vs Manchester United ( 0 - 2 )
On Wednesday Morning ( Malaysia Time ), Manchester United had continue their unbeaten run between Roma since they lose to Roma last year Champions League Quarter Final. Since then, they keep on winning and have something I can call it as a strategy of "How to win against Roma". Win at Roma's home ground will make MU become the favorites to move to the Semi Final on the end on this month.
Two goals from R & R combination make Sir Alex Ferguson can shift his focus back to Premier League match on Sunday night. With Rooney has find his scoring form back again, it means R & R combination will be a vital weapon for MU.
The first goal is from Ronaldo's Torpedo header. Scholes dribbled the ball to the right side of Roma and sent a great cross and he found Ronaldo. Ronaldo run to the penalty area and head the ball pass Doni ( Roma's goalkeeper ). He got injured after scored the goal, but he raised up back again.
