Champions League Preview - Liverpool vs Arsenal

Part 3 - the continous running match between these two arch rivals.. Liverpool and Arsenal continue when they meet for the final time at Anfield tonight. In the 2 previous matches both at the Emirates Stadium, they still cant find the winner. Both draw with 1-1, but the different is only at the first opening goal. First match, Arsenal lead the match and the second match last saturday, Crouch took the lead for Liverpool.

Arsene Wenger express his confidence towars Champions League and also the Premiership title. He said: "I still believe we can finish as champions in the league but we need to win at United on Sunday".

"I also believe we can win the Champions League. I wouldn't be here if I didn't think that.

"We did have a dip recently it's true. We can't deny that. But football is strange sometimes.

"It is possible we can win the last five games. Of course, I said that before the Liverpool game as well, but I said five games and one draw would make it.

"It is compulsory that we win at Old Trafford if we want to win the championship."

Speaking about the European meeting with the Reds, Wenger has also promised to attack.

"I believe we can win anywhere in the world. We are not going to play the game to go to penalties, we will play it to win," he added.

"There will be more urgency in this game and less observation. My wish is not to be patient. I want to score early goals." ( 4thegame.com )

As of for Rafa Benitez, he reminds his team to be cautious and dont take this match as simple as that because of Arsenal is looking towards to finish the Champions League as the Champion while chasing the Premier League title. They will focus on the Champions League tonite and will continue the concentration on Sunday when they will meet Man United. So, Rafa will attack with his full force to get the first breakthrough and want his team enjoy the game.

So, tonite at 3AM at Anfield Stadium.. The biggest and longest match between the Reds and the Gunners.
